Troubleshooting
My eSIM is installed but not connecting
- Make sure Data Roaming is turned on: Settings → Cellular → select your travel eSIM → enable Data Roaming
- Confirm the eSIM is set as your active data line in Settings
- Toggle aeroplane mode on and off to force a network refresh
- Restart your phone if the above steps do not help
- Check you are in a country covered by your eSIM plan
The QR code will not scan
- Ensure you are in good lighting and hold the camera steady
- Try zooming in slightly on the QR code
- Use the 'Enter Details Manually' option in Settings if the QR code has an activation code alongside it
- If the QR code was emailed, try opening it on a different screen and scanning from that
My data is very slow
- Check the signal bars — if you have 1-2 bars, move to a more open area
- Confirm Data Roaming is on for the travel eSIM
- Disable Wi-Fi Assist (iPhone) which can override your eSIM data
- Try toggling the eSIM off and on in Settings to reconnect to the network
I have run out of data
- Log in to your LimitFlex account to purchase a top-up or new plan
- Your eSIM will resume data as soon as the new plan is active
- You will not be charged automatically — each plan is a manual purchase

Most issues can be resolved by checking the following. Please try these steps first — they solve the majority of connectivity problems in under a minute.
- 1.Confirm Data Roaming is switched on for your travel eSIM in Settings.
- 2.Confirm your travel eSIM is selected as the active data line (not your home SIM).
- 3.Toggle aeroplane mode on and off — this forces your phone to re-register on the network.
- 4.Restart your device if connectivity still does not restore.
- 5.Check your plan is active and has remaining data in your LimitFlex account.
