Yes. Coverage is seamless in both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The Bosphorus strait itself has good signal from operators on both shores.
Is coverage good in Cappadocia?
Yes. Göreme, Uçhisar, Avanos, and all the main Cappadocia towns have solid 4G. Hot air balloon flights will have signal at lower altitudes but can drop high in the sky.
